Michelle Ully

Hi, I am Michelle Ully and I have been working with children, youth and families in the human service field for the past 21 years.  After receiving a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology I joined the Family Ties Association Clinical Team as Counselling Therapist.  I would best describe my approach as utilizing a biopsychosocial approach that integrates varying modalities; person-centered, cognitive behavioral, solution focused and mindfulness practice.  I am passionate about supporting individuals in working towards their desired change through discovering and activating their strengths and resiliencies in their life. I work with you and adults in areas that include anxiety related disorders, depression, stress, social skills enhancement, parenting concerns, anger management, and emotional regulation.

When I am not working with Family Ties Association you can either find me instructing in a classroom, or weather permitted golfing throughout Southern Alberta

Please feel to contact me through our office at 403.320.8888 or email me at
