What You’ll Do • Be the first point of contact — greet visitors, answer calls, and manage inquiries. • Support program staff and supervisors with scheduling, data entry, and reporting. • Assist with documentation, onboarding, and HR filing. • Prepare agendas, coordinate meetings, and support leadership with administrative tasks. • Keep the office organized, welcoming, and well-stocked. What We’re Looking For • Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration, Business, or Human Services, and/or 2+ years related experience. • Strong communication, organization, and computer proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.). • Collaborative, professional, and committed to supporting diverse populations. • Clear Criminal Record & Intervention Record Checks; First Aid/CPR an asset.
