Job Posting: Program Supervisor - FSCD Programs

Family Ties Association is a nationally accredited non-profit organization, recognized for its expertise in the provision of In-Home Family/Youth Support and Intervention. They deliver family driven services through Family Supports for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) & Child & Family Services. Family Ties Association has been providing behavioral and support services to children & families in Southern Alberta for the past 29 years.
We are currently seeking a motivated individual who has strong leadership skill, organizational skills, is able to work independently and with a team.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Program Supervisor will focus on the provision of behavioral and support services to children, adolescents and families within their home and/or community. As an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, you will add your assessment and strength-based intervention skills to assist staff and families enhance overall well-being and progressive development.

A remuneration package is available which includes a competitive salary and benefits package. Candidates must have a degree or masters and experience in the Human Service field and knowledge and experience working with Indigenous population a definite asset.


Qualifications:
 Degree or Masters in human services with experience in the field of children with developmental disabilities.
 Excellent written and oral communication skills.
 Strong problem–solving skills.
 Knowledge of child development and applied behavioral analysis
 Knowledge of community resources and supports for children and families.
 Clear Criminal Record check, Clear CYIM, (First Aid/CPR, Suicide Intervention and CPI an asset)

Experience:
 Previous supervisory experience.
 Experience & knowledge of outcomes & evaluation an asset.
 Experience in working with a wide spectrum of families and disabilities.
